MongoosePro JLR and SDD Connect Mains Power Supply

Hello everybody,

while solving other issues with SDD, I got this message with the main power supply. Does this mean to connect a battery charger to the main battery? Or do I have to have an adapter for the MongoosePro to apply a power supply there?
I can't quit this dialog and go on. Even if have the engine running, I could't go on. Is this just because SDD monitores the voltage and has a minimum voltage without enginge running?

Have a nice Sunday.

You are right again :). It took me a while to buy a real fast USB flash drive Corsair CMFVYGTX3C-128GB, install and setup a windows 10 home on it, install SDD.....and try it again with the mains connected to the laptop. Problem solved :) BUT (there is always a "but(t)" :) )
now SDD throws a warning that I should connect a charger to the batteries of my Cat, because SDD measures only 11.5 V. What? Hamed knows, I just installed two new batteries. That's the thing that started my misery with Mongoose, JLR, SDD, central locking malfunction.... :) ... and now...low again?. Nice try my Cat :) I will check the batteries and the charging current during the next week :)
That's bad luck. Due to Corona I had to cancel a nice 1.200 km trip to the Baltic Sea during my Easter holidays. This would have been a nice charging trip for the batteries :).

Thank you for the tip with the laptop mains and see you soon in another thread.

Thank you for the tips :)
I will keep that in mind for the next SDD session.
Today in the very nice afternoon sun at 23°C I checked my batteries and charging current with iCarSoft and real measurement equipment. Everything is fine. During cranking it drops down to 10.5 V. Measured with both tools. So my multimeter and the OBD measures the same value. 10.5 V is a normal value for a good battery. Charging current 22A immediately after cranking with the engine running idle. BMS is working. Everything is fine :) Nothing to worry about :)
The cat is really hungry....15 A current consumption while the system is on, ignition pos 2, heater and stereo on :). Nice.
I measured only 200mA aux battery consumption. Will this battery only be used if the voltage of the big battery drops down too much?
