Not that I can criticise, I will need to visit every other filling station soon, the ipace will be far quicker from A to B on a long journey 🤣From work colleagues who own an iPace. Sure you can get 220 miles, but do you really want to drive at 55mph on the motorway?
Guess it depends what your journeys are like. It also seems the older cars suffer more. From work colleagues who own an iPace. Sure you can get 220 miles, but do you really want to drive at 55mph on the motorway?
That’s why I’m eagerly awaiting your first report.Guess it depends what your journeys are like. It also seems the older cars suffer more.

You will need to speak with Mrs Chris SB then lolThat’s why I’m eagerly awaiting your first report.
Mrs ChrisSB will probably have to use the bus until the novelty has worn off.😀You will need to speak with Mrs Chris SB then lol
Pretty niche requirement though.Scenario 1:
You 'start' the leccy car to defrost/warm it before setting off, then have a 100+ mile journey, sit in some heavy congestion with heater on full blast, maybe have to do this 4 days of the week.......
For me at present, I can't see the leccy car replacing my amber nectar motor......yet (battery anxiety!)
COVID not involved for this scenario lol

Maybe, but that's what I can do in 'normal' times.........Pretty niche requirement though.

Yes it’s definitely not for everyone, yet.Maybe, but that's what I can do in 'normal' times.........
So for me, which is where I'm judging it from, it's not viable - although Mrs.R17 may be in the market in a couple of years........and the infrastructure might have moved on a tad

What size wheels does your mate have on his I-Pace?That’s why I’m eagerly awaiting your first report.
No idea but it’ll be top of the range with every extra because he has an obscene amount of money. What size wheels does your mate have on his I-Pace?

22” wheels affect the range a lot.No idea but it’ll be top of the range with every extra because he has an obscene amount of money.
Doesn’t an overnight charge replenish that though?Scenario 1:

I've never seen it ... Birmingham to West Yorkshire is apparently too far on one charge. Public charging is a lottery & a nightmare according to him.22” wheels affect the range a lot.

Zap Map ... he pays people to tech for him!Download Zap map.
But yeah if they are 22” wheels I’d expect less than 200 miles.

Very trueMrs ChrisSB will probably have to use the bus until the novelty has worn off.😀
Its all horses for courses at the moment, leccy cars are not there yet and if your a petrol head, then they won’t be your preferred option.........ever lolScenario 1:
