x260 assists activation

Made some program modifications to friend's X260 XF. Activated:
  • parking assistant
  • traffic sign recognition
  • intelligent cruise control and speed limiter (works with sign recognition)
  • intelligent emergency braking
  • lane keep assist
  • video in motion
  • i-dynamics menu
  • winter mode for wipers
  • driver drowsy monitoring
  • apple carplay and android auto
to activate most of this options you need stereo-camera at front of windscreen (IPMA-module) and SDD software. If any questions - PM) Multimedia Vehicle Car Technology Luxury vehicle

Official dealer fails to update NGI from old fw to new (with new menu) and bricked it. I have tried to recover it. Done! Works!

There is an adapter for VVDI Prog IMC Repair. It connects direct to diagnostics port of board and makes things a lot easier.

One question for you, have you had any luck with adaptive cruise control? Prety sure my car has the wiring for the front sensor, is it as simple as hooking it up with the sensor+grille, swapping the steering wheel switch for one with the distance buttons and then just coding it in?

Onotole, do you know if it is possible to modify the centre instrument display on my MY17 Xf to show what the media is actually playing?
I have ICT with analogue dials.

At the minute the centre display will only show 'Bluetooth Audio' or 'DAB Radio'. Is it possible to show the track, station ID/what is playing in the way ICTP can do?

I ask because I did a long trip last week using the Nav and when the Nav guidance is on the main sceen, it's impossible to know what is playing as this is not shown anywhere.

How can this be done? Can you do this via teamviewer or do you need the cluster on your table to reprogram it?

I can help here Steve if you want to PM me.Jake and I can code pretty much anything .We do charge though a small fee which we put towards our Trolley Jack collections.

You guys.... I have no words.
It’s just the LCD panel in between the analogue dials that needs changed. I’ve been using post-it notes to remind me what song is playing but it’s hard to write them when driving.
