2021 Jaguar XF R-dynamic. The Weather app in PiviPro quit working over a month ago. There's 4G connectivity in the car, plus wi-fi access when parked in my garage, and so it seems that connectivity is not the problem here; the issue is with the app itself. Any suggestions? Anyone facing the same problem?

Is it a subscription service that needs a, um, err, a subscription?

Same system in our I-PACE. Not aware it needs a subscription. Especially for the first few years.

Thanks for all the comments. I'm writing again to report that the weather app is not back yet. Asked the dealership but they don't know what's going on. In addition, as I'd mentioned in another post, my windshield wipers shake and stagger when it rains. I've been to the dealer three times since I bought the car, and yet the problem remains.

Sounds like the dealer is incompetent. Time to stand your ground and have a hissy fit with them.

The wiper issue sounds like there is something on the glass that needs thoroughly cleaning off.
