Ards was bad but the iPace coped admirably.
Gave the throttle a stab and it still didn’t spin the wheels.

Was supposed to be collecting Matt from Aldergrove but his flight was cancelled. He’s currently heading Heathrow to get the 6am flight to Belfast Harbour.

Supposed to be dry and sunny tomorrow.
The airport might be a better landing choice, unless it's a seaplane?...

You’ve heard of the Short Sunderland?

After a 12 hour ordeal, including a fight with EasyJet, a cancelled flight, a hotel, a rebooking to Dublin, another 3 hour delay and a bus to Belfast he eventually got home at 5:30pm.

He considered going to Heathrow at one stage but the single fare was £543…..

-10 here last night. Predicted in the weather apps, and was right, according to my external thermometer.

Ruddy hot, windy a bit of whispy cloud.
A former HW colleague is up the coast from me.
Apparently that end was shrouded in sea mist all day yesterday ( perfectly clear here) and the airport was closed for both in and outbound flights for a few hours.
