A mere 26⁰C here atm but rising to 27 soon, 28 predicted for tomorrow. 6/7 MPH winds from the S/SE, grateful for them..

Just awake, opened the porthole cover to see overcast skies. Doubt its warm let alone hot outside.

Might be a bit moist.

Is porthole cover an euphonium ?
Dirty boy! ;)

No, the porthole is just the porthole - round window with metal cover that hinges down and bolts shut - for the non maritime folks.

I wondered.

Do they have potholes at sea?
I know the surface can be rough in places….

Another beautiful day in Devon. Hit 27°C but a nice sea breeze kept it pleasant. Just seen an incredible sunset, tomorrow looks great again.

29 forecast here again today. We went shopping at 9am and the car was already saying it was 26.

Start my 4 nights tonight unfortunately although it'll be the coolest part of the day to work I suppose . Sleeping during the day might be a challenge.

Looks like the weather is going to break over the weekend with a warning for heavy thunderstorms on Sunday.

A cup of tea?

My mum used to tell me that there is nothing better than a hot cup of tea to cool you down.
