Justification if ever there was for wearing your Super Hero pants Dave...today I've been weeding....
more accurately spraying the drive with weed killer
Sounds too back breaking for my liking Steve.. or were you 'supervising' Dan from the kitchen window?...Today I got stoned.
No, 4 tonnes of the stuff out the front of the house to finish the driveway.
Ok, but it’s kind of gardening.
Have 2 ton of topsoil waiting to level out around the well tomorrow.

I'm looking at buying one of those block course digger outerersOld lawnmower is starting to get a bit old in the bones. There is only so much you can do - and I got it for £100 7 years ago - so I've gotten my money's worth out of it, but its not giving me the nice lawn stripes that I'm looking for anymore.
So I bought a new (to me) petrol lawnmower today. Hayter Harrier 48cm.
Bit pricey, but neighbour swears by them - and he's in the trade so to speak.
Got a good price for it as well - literally only used once - so got £300 off what a new one would be.
Previous owner decided after one cut it was too big and heavy for what he needs. His loss, my gain.
Best bit is the electric start - no pull cords no more.
Will have to get round to pressure washing the bloc-pave at some point.
I have the Hayter Harrier 41cm & it’s been totally reliable until today when the roller disintegrated.Old lawnmower is starting to get a bit old in the bones. Roller on this is a two part metal roller - and with my neighbour being in the trade, and a very good egg - I hope there isn't any supply issues in the future.I have the Hayter Harrier 41cm & it’s been totally reliable until today when the roller disintegrated. The part is a special order with an unknown delivery time!
Aye, certainly is. Time flies eh?Can't believe it is 8 years since you moved there Riggs.
