Sunroof glass- cost to replace?

I'm looking at making an offer on an xe which has a cracked sunroof glass. Since it's a long weekend and no dealerships will be open, I'm wondering if anyone knows what it might roughly cost to replace it?

I can find oe parts online that show the glass -$1100USD
I would imagine about $2200-2500 CDN all in to replace. But anyone with first hand knowledge? Thanks!

Glass roofs are typically not covered under the insurance glass cover either, a claim would be registered against the general policy and count as a no-fault claim. In any case, the car is being bought with the damage so any claim would be fraud. I don't have the cost of the glass, but I know the F-Pace fixed and sliding glass roof is around the £1,250 UKP for the glass plus fitting.
