I remember reading a few years ago our the XJ (X351 X358) fraternity would adjust the level sensors on the air suspension to trick the system and result in a lower the ride height.

Is there a way of doing the same on the rear of the Sportbrake? What I want to do is temporarily raise the back end, instead of using ramps or jacks, for maintenance etc just to give me a few extra inches.

Wouldn’t that result in a nose high car? Only the rear suspension on the Sportbrake is pneumatic.

I have air suspension (all round) on my XC60 and usually run in a custom mode with the suspension set in dynamic (lowered) mode with out having the accelerator and gearbox set in dynamic.
