go for it, to remove the old one simply drill the top in the middle and then remove the sticky part by prying it up , and unscrew the selector,

no need to fully glue in the replacement top, just use some double sided tape( small bit ) and let gravity work its magic, easy to remove that way if you need to
mine is....

If the selector is the right one? that's a really good price.. but it's not the same part number for the topper as the one I bought.
