Can anyone tell me behind which trim panel in the boot of an XF 2008 does the park distance ECU hide?
A dealer technician suggested it was on the left hand side of the boot by the sat nav.
I've taken out the boot scuff panel and looked at the ecus on both the left and right of the boot behind the
trim panel and still can't see it.
The JLR electronic parts catalogue seems to place it by the fuse box in the driver's well, don't want to start
pulling out trim panels there unless I have to.

Any ideas?

I can't help you with the location of the park distance control unit but the trim panels around the fuse box in the driver's footwell come out (and go back) quite easily. It helps if your body is a bit "flexible" but all the trim clips came out and went back with no real problems when I did it on my car. A set of plastic trim removal tools, less than £5 on Ebay, certainly make the job a lot easier.
