Oh good grief :rolleyes: Looks like a heart attack in a tray. Aren't they usually eaten as a follower to 7 pints of Stellar?
I wouldn't say they're particularly healthy no, but certainly no worse than say... Fish and chips or a pizza. They are extremely yummy though, and no, I've cut right down on the booze at the moment as I've realised I've been miles over the recommended level for a while now even though I'm not exactly what you'd call binge drinking.
Talking of drinking, these just turned up.

Well for those who follow Vincenzo's plates on the socials, I've got a pot of the traditional Ragu on the hob. I expect it to be " ready" for about 9pm but I'm going to use it for a lasagne tomorrow.

The meat was a bit poor to be honest. I don't usually opt for "processed" stuff when I'm doing a BBQ, although the burgers were homemade. Sausages I'm very fussy with.

A very quick keema type thing. We didn't have any other substantial base meats in so it was beef mince.

I'd been badgering the missus all afternoon about what we were going to have. Then I got watching Rick steins India later and it had to be something spicy. 20 mins later, voilà.

Too much seafood, I'd change the 3rd course to a red meat. And I'd drop the thingie, I don't really do sweet thingies.
