Looks like a decent bit of cow there.

Anywhere nice?
Miller and Carter in Lytham, sir.

I took madam's advice and opted for a Butcher's Block to share...I had 70%.

Much prefer a 28 oz Cote Boof.... but her way I had enough space in my tum tum for scallops to start and a knickerbocker glory...

Tonight I've been mainly eating a bowl of sprouts with scotch bonnet jam.

It's going to be gusty later..

The BiL, who worked as a chef yonks back thought it was superb...that is good enough for me.
The thing that took the instant heat off was the dark brown sugar....about 3 table spoons.
The kiddiewinkle struggled...as he " got all the scotch bonnet seeds"...he didn't.

Windows now opened as the lounge will stink like a midden by the time that Deb and her sister come back from some tranny show in Manchester.

Today I've been mostly eating Cacciucco

( swordfish, hake, calamari, tuna, sea bass, king prawn stew, with a thin baked bread lid)

beyond stunning.

Today I've been mostly eating

Tomato and Mascarponne soup with croutons

( I couldn't be arsed making proper croutons, so opted for bombay mix instead )

I've got tuna pasta salad. I wasn't looking forward to it, and it's got even more boring than I thought it would be

These dishes just don't work without full fat mayo instead of that watery low fat stuff.

Omelettes and pasta with veggies.

Trying my best to shed a few Kgs before we go to Jamaica in 4 weeks time......so I can put them all back on again.

I lost over 20 kilos last year but managed to put half of them back on so I'm back on the Slimming World plan and have lost 4.5 kilos since the 1st of January.

Will send you a dose of trulicity 1.5.
That'll soon shift a few pounds.

I'm going up to that...but taking .75 3 times a week to break me in gently.

A good mate of mine went straight onto 1.5..and only avoided a soilage charge in a car...as it was his own.
