dined on fine German sossige ( online supplier)
excellent.
Tried their tomato sauce ( very very good) and a drop of onion relish, again lovely.

Just had a sausage sandwich on tiger bread.
Tuna stir fry with pasta this evening.

for breakfast I have been mostly eating tomato and mascarponi soup.

I was beach casting a couple years ago, pulling in a couple of mackerel, perfect for our tea. I humanely dispatched them with a large club shaped rock that was to hand, only to hear a paser-by say "That's disgusting, how could you?" Tried to explain the fish were my tea but he wouldn't have it, saying it would be better if I didn't cruelly bash their brains in but rather buy fish from the supermarket where the fish are quietly and carefully put to sleep :rolleyes: I thought it was then an apt time to gut them, right there, in front of him, on the beech.

Pan fried cod loin with shallot, garlic, tomato and green lentils. A side of steamed basmati. Oh and a glass of red.

Salad with Mackerel and ancient grains bap for lunch. A snack of nuts and dried fruits.


I do enjoy a Mediterranean diet, but it takes some effort usually to cook. Sometimes I just crave a kebab/curry 😂

chicken thighs tikka marinating
pork joint with English mustard and yoghurt, likewise.
