I've heard Chris likes his sausage battered too 馃槻
I'm trying to segway this into a euphonium on the subject of a crispy ring...calamari or even onion for that matter .

for evening meal and again for breakfast I was mostly eating 8 eggs, made into omlettes..
one week in and with two days of falling off the carb and booze wagon massively..I'm 7lb down , with another 8 to go ...possibly 12.
Debs will tell me when I start to look ill.
Sub 600kcal a day.. which is surprisingly easy...

yes... euphonium.

Well, yesterday was our younger daughters birthday and asked what she'd like for her evening meal she said "MacDonalds". So half an hour later, Uber driver arrives and I consumed a quarter-pounder with cheese, large fries and a large strawberry milkshake. Must have been approaching 1500 calories!!

reminds me of my late dad.

wldnt touch "Indian" food .

I toddled in after a late night and he was still up
I had a bag of samosas.
he tried one... he was hooked.

I much prefer BK, especially abroad where you can wash it down with a beer.

"Don't knock it till you've tried it", Geoff. ;)

We do indulge once in a blue moon. Fills a space.
(Much, much prefer "Five Guys"! )

We had an omelette last night. 5 eggs between the two of use. Onion, mushrooms and lean bacon.

Good choice, sir.
filling , healthy and also a hearty meal for not a lot of effort nor outlay.

Anyone see the effelump on the news, the other night?
She was complaining that her food parcel would barely feed her equally big boned son...

superb.
I'm a big fan of quality ready meals.
No hassle, (dish)washing up , ready in minutes.
Best solution for me living alone Dave, I'm quite capable of cooking but to go out and buy the ingredients, prepare and cook it would take quite some time so this and others for 拢3.50 each at Sainsbury's suits me fine.
