today I shall be mostly eating

prawns, cooked in ginger, chilli, garlic, a touch of lime juice ( just before serving) with a hot mango chutney dip.

looked bloody lovely ...the din dins and the work being done.

I'm craving carb so much ( on under 5g a day, or thereabouts for the past 6 days)... it's unreal.

its a most enjoyable beverage, christ only knows what it's made from...apart from girders.
Like whisky, can鈥檛 stand the stuff :(

I would have been eating a very nice cherry cake baked by the current Mrs Wilf, except for next door's dog breaking in and eating it first.............. :oops:

Actually, today I celebrated the 2 1/2 stone weight loss mark, having started at the beginning of lockdown.

Not "on" a diet, but certainly have changed my diet and increased my exercise. Enjoying both, can't be bad.

I went the other way and am now slowly deflating! Likewise, a diet adjustment rather than a diet.
