this evening I've been mostly eating

chicken with ginger chilli and lime kebabs
Tom Woods artisan pork sossig
Tom Woods ( who he? you must be asking...only the capt of the UK butchery team...yep, just that) beef burgers.
with chilli pickle and alioli

scallops and bacon pan fried in butter

Jesse, I think a bit more dietary fibre wouldn't go amiss. You know. Green stuff. Gives your colon something to do. :poop:

I drop the boys off at the pool at least once a day .

it helps to keep the section alive.. as sod all goes wrong with them... etc
( like the weather section, booze cupboard)
