Have you tried pushing really hard on the brake pedal?
This.
Sometimes after standing g for a while the brake pedal needs a really good push.

Try starting it, then turn off, then start, then turn off. Sometimes doing this repeatedly can get it to start.

Your trouble code is the starter circuit. The PCM isn’t getting the OK it needs to start the car.

This could be one of the following has developed a fault.

Starter motor relay
Starter motor
Starter wiring
Brake pedal switch

Have you also checked the Central Junction Box to make sure your car isn’t suffering from the well known issue where washer fluid travels along the wiring from the washer pump and corrodes the pins in the CJB.
You’ll find more info on this here on the forum.

I think break pedal switch is fine beacuse warning 'press break pedal while start' disappear after pushing. Could you tell me where is motor starter relay? I checked all fuses and they also seems to be ok.
It’s likely to be in the engine bay fuse box. There may be a description of the fuse and relay locations under the lid.
