Hi Gents
I have a 2013 XF 2.2D Premium Luxury.
After disconnecting the battery, I experienced problems with the central locking. I think the trunk and fuel flap responds but not the doors.
Please advise

Hi Mosul and welcome to the forum.

Does the dash/display say "Keys not found" or similar?

Hi PeteA. Thanks for the welcome. Nope nothing shows on dash. Apparently it's a common problem on those models once you disconnect or replace the battery

It is indeed Mosul.

It sounds like the CJB (Central Junction Box) is corrupted/ has failed.

Yes, never disconnect the battery without a slave battery disconnected.

Jaguar issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) about this so they know there is a problem. Jaguar solution is to replace the CJB and R(Rear)JB, a costly exercise unless Jaguar pay for it.

It has been found that garages with Autologic software can reprogram the junction boxes. If you search you will find threads on this. Hopefully, some garages in your country have the Autologic software.
