Just to complete this thread. My problem has been sorted with the help of you guys (many, many thanks).
One by one, I installed a replacement Battery Converter, Gateway Module and Dual Battery Module and cleaned and checked all plugs and wiring. My charging issue remained. I then had my CJB reflashed and car fully reprogrammed with SDD (cheers Mojo88). This cured ALL of the other problems apart from the charging ( I wasn’t expecting it to). I came to the conclusion that xf_phil might be correct in calling out the replacement alternator so bit the bullet and it was indeed the replacement…
All works fine now and Garage who fitted the original alternator have refunded me for everything. I now have the spare modules to sell to try and recoup some money…

Cheers Pete, I hate reading forums and find that people don't have a solution to their problems because a thread has been unfinished...
I've had a shed load of help and advice and that has helped enormously so i'ts only right to give a little back.
It's also good to confirm again that not all 3rd party alternators work with these charging systems so might pay to use a make that JLR fit...
My tech ( indy LR specialist) told me he only uses Denso, Bosch or other well known makes.
Cheers again all.

Bleeding hell, you have been through it. I was in touch with you last year when you put me onto MDM - I’m the guy from Mold.
My car is in getting a new Alternator (Denso) fitted at the moment along with a new battery. I have supplied a Draper OBD2 power supply as well under instructions to keep power to the modules but I am concerned that it may not be possible so I may need to pay you a visit to reset my module with SDD if you are still active on here??

Sounds like the problem a few on here has suffered :( IIRC the bcm has lost/corrupt data.
Can be fixed but you’d need someone handy with a chip programmer, the only other solution is a new bcm :(
