the heated seat on the drivers side isn’t working and no faults come up when I do a code read.

any tips on where to start diagnosing this?

I just had the same problem,my indi diagnosed a failed heated/ cooled ecu which is located in the underside front of the seat.If I were you I would get it checked as it could be lots of things and not the same problem I have,for example,a broken wire,cracked ducting or the Peltier fans,one in the seat base and one in the seat back,assuming your are heated and cooled.Hope this helps.

When you say no code, is that with one which reads actual Jaguar codes? I only ask because mine currently shows a code for the drivers side, I think for the top section. Might be for the cooling though.
