Looks like a good one with low miles and nearly all of the desirable options (although it doesn't seem to have reverse cross traffic alert, an absolute must IMHO).
Only negatives I can see are the tyres (crap P-Zeros), the excess of annoying and useless "safety" nannies, and the all black interior although that may not be a negative to you.
Also the wheels may not float your boat.
