Nice Mara. How are you finding the new cat in comparison to previous cars. It must be a rare car in Finland.

Welcome to the forum.

Good luck, after Swedish motoring it will
be shocking maintaining the Jag 🙂
But it worth every penny!
Enjoy it!

Welcome Mara,

I take it you still have winters fitted to your XF?

The way your fellow countrymen drive around Helsinki and area impressed me very much.

No mucking about - just drive as if they were on summer tyres on bare tarmac.

Loved it!

Welcome! Very nice looking car there. London tan is the name of that brown leather colour unless I’m mistaken. Did you buy it in the Netherlands?

Thanks for the replies, feels as welcome as to S aab club ten years ago.

Car is still in transit from Netherland and so still zero kilometers with this XF and also first of all service should be done after previous owner.

Mid-europe winters fitted, won't work in winter here in middle Finland..

Welcome!

I came from 2 Saabs - a 9-3 V6 Aero and then a 95 NG - XWD V6 Aero. Lovely cars.

Then went Jag XF SV8 to XFR.

Moi Mara, welcome to the forum. Many of us are ex SAAB owners. I came to Jaguar from multiple Saabs (5) including two Aeros (one Tuned by Hirsch). I have driven a lot in Finland, usually Helsinki to Salo/Turku or Tampere. Not seen many Jags though! Enjoy your car and time on here.

And of course a few Volvo bits on Jaguars to make you feel at home.

True that! Take a look at the electric window switches and listen to the folding mirrors once you get the car. :)

Hello,

Car is now serviced. Must take photo after wash with my dad's Range. Also got finnish (short) plates for the Jag, see the difference between Jag and Range.
