what is PSA you ask

PSA is 'Passenger Seat Away'

it is a button mounted on the passenger seat back upright over the centre armrest location , and allows the driver or rear passengers to adjust the passenger seat forward or backwards without the need to reach the lower front passenger seat buttons

i actually had this feature in my 1999 jaguar V8 4 ltr Sovereign , and found it very useful
my old Sovereign with a similar switch, the XF one is mounded on the side though ,

looking at the parts list all the components can be bought separately , but comes in at a lot of money , i was also wondering if the wiring is already installed , especially in the 18 way memory seat ?

some more research needed i think , and will find a picture

Never seen it. I wonder if it was for foreign markets.

If you get the button, surely it's an easy solder job to piggyback onto the existing fore/aft switch wiring on the lower seat panel?

I do like the idea of this. My wife always wants to sit with the seat as far back as she possibly can as instead of using the back seat for her belongings, she decides to squeeze them into the footwell with her...

Seems to be a common occurrence.

My partner also plays the game of how much she can fit in the footwell around her feet. Usually mashing everything down between her legs and the glove box.

We don't have the luxury of moving the seat back though as we usually have the kids in the back and a rear facing seat in the back of an XF doesn't leave much option to move the seats back.

Usually uggins of room in the boot though for wimmens things.
