It'd be good to ask him and post here as I'm sure it'd help others a lot

Good luck with finding a -B variant. Damn near impossible to find.

Yes, that's the cable/connection needed.
Like hens teeth apparently, Oh I thought that connector was for the pollution sensor?

@Gav you mean to say I should check it at the bottom of the grille? I don't want to start buying stuff if the car doesn't have a cable loom run already because that would not be possible for me to do. If the connection is already there then it's worth looking around for parts.

Many thanks once again

Kind regards
Jay
Jay sorry not sure, but I had the pollution sensor on my last xf and I’ve a feeling the connector was there.
Might have changed on the x260 so do your homework.

Does MoJo's answer not help Jay?
It does mate, but like I say on my x250 I thought that was used for the pollution sensor which I had. But easy peasy I could be wrong as this is an x260

One short question for my Timeplan...
How long does it take to change the abs module?
I have support from 2 mechanics and their tools.

2 hours? Or longer?
Not done it myself but I would have thought 2 hours will be enough.
as your changing the brake fluid I’d suggest using SDD to drain all fluid out (standard DOT 4) so that when you take the abs module off there‘s less chance of spilling brake fluid onto your paintwork, but have plenty of water /rags handy in case you do so you can immediately wash off. As for capacity imagine I can’t imagine it’ll be more than 2L but the capacity should be online in jaguar manual.
