I know what you mean though, I ended up using those knee pads from constantly working at deck level on motors and the like.
I could not wear Knee pads, I always felt very uncomfortable with them, and always found that should I put them on I no sooner had to take em off to do something else and felt very restrictive, plus she said they kept laddering her stockings.

I've been taking 1000mg Cod Liver Oil capsules every day for 5 years now; along with the 1000mg vitamin C, 15mg zinc, cherry and celery capsules to stave off the gout, multivitamins and garlic capsules.
    Never felt healthier.
I take codliver oil capsules (1000mg) and calcium tablets and have noticed definite improvements in my hip and lower back pain. When I mentioned it to the doctor he said waste of money, but I still take them.

Yes but she also liked to travel, and the floor of the van was not lined like they are today. You can't leave a good one at home.

The doctors will say that because they want you on their expensive drugs. Stick with what works for you.

Tea tree oil is also a very good liniment.

I'm sure most would like to have a habit like that.

That should loosen things up a bit for you, eventually.

I occasionally use Voltarol Gel too and it seems to work OK for me. I've got arthritis in my left wrist, right knee and all my fingers. My consultant reckons that I inherited the arthritis gene from my mother who suffered badly unlike my father who died aged 91 with no arthritis, he also said that it was unusual for a male to get arthritis in the fingers as it was much more prevalent in females.
